This type of activity is important because is a way to reflex about your own work (to explain and write about something you must to think about it), and a way to have organized your past work.

Two interesting websites that are about web caching technologies are http://www.web-cache.com/ and http://www.webcaching.com/. In both can be found information about products, articles, solutions and research about the complex world of “the cachers of the web”.
This title sounds like the film Warriors of the net, a good film to explain no informatic people how Internet works, you can see it in http://www.warriorsofthe.net/ or look for it in youtube.
